Greenfield Hospital Projects
We have the following greenfield hospital projects looking for investors or buyers.
- A 500K sq. ft. piece of land with permit to construct a 200-bed hospital on up to 300K sq. ft. parcel. The remaining 200K sq. ft. is zoned for commercial or residential development. Contact us for more details.

- Salya medical center in Bharuch, Gujarat, is a modern diagnostic center funded by a UK-based investor. we were the principal consultants in its design, equipment procurement, bid review, etc.
- Kapurai Hospital in Baroda, Gujarat, is an upcoming multi-specialty hospital. we were the principal consultants in its design, equipment procurement, bid review, etc.
- Sundaram MedicalFoundation, Chennai, redesigning Adult Critical Care Department.
- KK Childs Trust Hospital Chennai, redesigning of Pediatric Critical Care Department.
